Framework of Retailer-supplier Relationship Based on Supply Chain Collaboration

Conflicts and contradictions between suppliers and retailers have sharpened step by step recent years,which arouses the speculation about distribution channel innovation in academic area.In this paper,the author establishes a comprehensive framework about supplier-retailer relationship based on supply chain collaboration.The frame work is composed of five connecting features of collaboration,namely collaborative performance system,information sharing,member-decision synchronization,incentive alignment,and integrated supply chain processes.The practice of supplier-retailer collaboration such as early ECR and QR,as well as the application of current main mode——CPFR,is tested validity of the framework.This study provides the directions for the developing of supplier-retailer relationship model.
