The Improvement of the Corporate Governance Configuration the State-owned Corporations

In this article,the author discusses the problems in terms of corporate governance configuration in many state-owned companies in China,such as the non-operation of the shareholder congress,the impotence of the surveillance congress etc.,then puts forward the relevant suggestions in terms of the respects such as the reformation of property right system, introduce of outside director and supervisor.In the end of this article some corporate governance configurations of the developed countries have been introduced.
