Case Study of the Community Capacity:From the Changing and Developing Point of View

Community is not only the community of individual life,interest and emotion,but also embedded in the grand backgrounds of political,economic and social development.Therefore,it is essential to clarify the historical/initial resources on which the further development of the community can be depended before getting into the study of any type of community.So it is necessary to add historical and structural points of view to the existing theories of the community capacity.By doing this,the perspective of existing community capacity study may be broaden.Generally speaking,the key to enhancing the capacity of a community is to promote the self-organization capacity of it.To improve the well-being of community residents is the core appeal of the community capacity building.
