Discussion of Design Principles of Chinese Democratic Consultation

Based on the analysis of elements of the democratic consultation,this paper proposed five basic principles which must be obeyed in the design of Chinese unique democratic consultation.They are the equality and the diversity of the consultation subject;the rationality and the containment of the consultation object;the diversity and the procedure of the ways of consultation;the openness and the consultation of the consultation process;the legality and the responsibility of the consultation results.In order to solve the problems of the contemporary Chinese deliberative democracy,the good and useful suggestions are to perfect democratic system design consultation with Chinese characteristics.
