Study on the Management for All-round Sustainable Development of An Enterprise

This paper analyses the problems concerning sustainable development in every phase of enterprise life cycle. On the basis of the theory of all-round quality management, it puts forward the management concept of all-round sustainable development, analyses its peculiarities, and presents the special measures of implementation from the selection of enterprise location, design of factory site and factory production area, the clean production of enterprise as well as the policy support by the government for the management of enterprise's sustainable development, etc.
