Society building is a process to construct the impartial social relationship,enhance the social welfare,adjust the social structure,promote the social harmony according to the law of social development and realize the modernization by the purposeful,planning and organized actions.China has developed into a new turning point and it's principal contradiction is that the economic development does not cohere with the social development.So enforcing the society building is an important measure to solve the principal contradiction and it is an insurmountable stage.Society building- has nine important tasks including the people's livelihood and so on.Meanwhile a strategic system and mechanism will be planned for accelerating the society building.
