Study on a New Model of Human Capital Pricing

This article, mainly from organization' s microscopic angle, studied on human capital pricing based on the system view, and clearly emphasizes that the system boundary of the general human capital pricing is the sub-system of human capital existing in organization; the subject of pricing is the owner and object is those who contributes to net benefit sub-system. Then a new human capital pricing model is proposed, and Solow Production Function and Shapley Value related to cooperation game are applied to solve the new model parameters.
