The Sixteenth National Congress of the CPC has proposed grand vision of our development in the new century. This paper fully demonstrates the goal of our economic development in six aspects and analyses the three layers meaning of the new road to realize industrialization. At the end, the suggestions about the transformation of industrialization from traditional road to new road are offered.
