    • The community governance is an area where the United States has superiority and lots of practical experiences.This article presents the historical processes of the US community governance and discusses the stakeholders and policies in today' s community governance.Taking the New York City and the City of Tempe as examples,this article examines the practice in the US.Finally,based on the US experience,the conclusion and the insight to the issues in China are drawn.
