On Modern Feature Existed in the Imagination in Liu Na-ou's Novels

    • In Liu Na-ou' s novels imagination was woven into a readable text successfully by the relation between the protagonists. The modern feature was the essential drive that affected the character's selection and the story's development. The strong and conscious identification of the modern feature resulted in the appearance of mirage and the possibility of alienation to the protagonists in Liu Na-ou' s novels, this enhanced the character' s perplexity about the modern feature and its surface with the urban life. For the Chinese circle of thought and culture that highly identified with the western civilization and universal anxiety about their own culture, Liu Na-ou's novels have a typical significance since the modern time.
