    Bound of Justice and Responsibility: on David Miller's View of Global Justice

    • After entering the 21 th century,the problem of justice,especially the global justice,is becoming a hot spot of study abroad,the famous representative of market socialism,David miller,also turned to the study of global justice.Miller's theories of global justice included;firstly,the global justice was not equal to global egalitarianism,it maintained the national political independence and the diversity of the world;Secondly,each nation's consequent responsibility and inherited responsibility were indispensable for global justice,which required that each nation be responsible for their past and present actions;Thirdly,global justice was not exclusive to national remedial responsibility,which regarded basic human rights as a baseline.Analyzing and grasping Miller's global justice has the important theoretical and practical significance.
