    • The thesis summered up the important achievement in democratic inspection system construction of Communist Party of China in Anti-Japanese War period. Achievement was embodied in the restrictive system on authority guided by the democratic centralism as well as broad inspection system built. The legal environment of democratic politics was optimized. It is an important enlightenment to the construction of democratic inspection system today. There is no democracy without inspection. We must reinforce inner and outside inspection, resulting in governing a country by law.
