Research on Financing Credit of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in China

SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises) are playing more and more vital role in promoting economic prosperity,increasing employment in China.But it is clearly that there are still some problems in the development of SMEs.Among them,financing difficultly is a hot issue which people discuss.The article starts with SMEs' financing situation and credit problem in China.Subsequently,analyze the reasons of the credit problem from the aspects of enterprise itself,information asymmetry,the external environment of the enterprise.At last,to resolve the financing credit problem of SMEs,the paper arrives at the countermeasures to improve small and medium-sized enterprises' financing credit.The improvement countermeasures include:developing SMEs' domestic policy support,improving the banks' support system to SMEs and SMEs' self-regulation.
