Research on the Problems and Their Causes and Sdutions of Patent Application of China's Enterprises:Starting from the Relationship of Patent Application of Enterprises and Their Economic Strength

Starting from the relationship of patent application of enterprises and their economic strength,this paper aims to analyse the problems of patent application of China's enterprises and the causes of the problems,describe the current situation thereof and find solutions to the problems.By adopting logic analysis and positivistic discussion,the paper holds that the improving of patent application of China' s enterprises should be realized through efforts in such aspects as the reform of enterprises,patent management,the system construction,patent implementation and national policy.
