    • This paper illustrates the relationship between language input and language acquisition first,to show learners' language acquisition mechanism and language input have effect on each other,and language acquisition is the outcome of their affecting.However, students' language competence is based on a large amount of language input,especially a great deal of reading.Then analyze the reason of reading barrier,and various means of developing students' competence in reading comprehension.
