    • The high failure rate of strategic network organization arouses the scholars' study on the stability of the network organization.After reviewing the connotation of the strategic network stability and the foreign literature which is related to the stability of network organization is reviewed from the three perspectives of economic,strategic management theory and sociology,and the problems of existing studies and the future directions of the research are put forward.
