    • The advancement of human society is always accompanied with problems. In modern society, people should do especially more introspection deeply on ideology. Harmony view is put forward based on the thought of being harmonious in Chinese traditional culture, then is endued with the time spirit and finally is owed to the thought of ultimate care for people's overall development in Marxist ideology. Harmony is a kind of method rather than an aim. Human being is its ultimate orientation. This article discusses the practical significance of harmony view as well as its relationship with the theme of the times.
