From Consultative Politics to Deliberative Democracy: Reflection on the Perspective of Political Development

From the perspective of political development,China's consultative political tradition in history and current political consultation system not only provide indigenous resources but also easily form the path dependence for China to develop deliberative democracy.So,unlike the west,China is likely to go through the way of deliberative democracy previous to and bringing along electoral democracy to promote China's democratization process.In fact,from the view of deliberative democracy,China presently is at the transitional stage from consultative politics to deliberative democracy so Chinese government together with society should promote this transformation.
