Abstract
Human rights is one of the identities of the Socialist International. Since its re-establishment, the Social International has been struggling for human rights. The views of the SI on human rights have been evolving all the way, which embodys both the guidelines and policies of the SI and the adjustment of the global strategies of the western countries. The views of the SI on human rights have either progressive and positive face or reactionary and negative face.
