Study on Administrative Factual Behavior under the Idea of Administration According to Law

On the basis of the defining administrative factual behavior,the paper analyses the relationship between administrative factual behavior and the principle of administration according to law,pointing out that the administrative behavior including administrative factual behavior should obey the rule of law.
