Analysis of the Influencing Factors of the Competence in IC Industry in China Based on the Porter Diamond Model

Based on the porter diamond model,the paper introduces the industrial clustering as the external factors to constructan amendatory diamond model.From the seven factors including production,market demand,related and supporting industries,enterprise strategy,structure and competition situation,policy,the opportunities and the industry clustering,the paper analyses the influence factors of Chinas integrated circuit(IC) industry competence.The following is the conclusion;production factors are the basic conditions of the IC industry;market-demand is the driving force of the IC industry competence both at home and abroad;the supporting level of related industries directly affects the size of the IC industry international competitiveness;enterprise strategy and competition status can bring vitality for the IC industry development.The paper also shows that industrial amendatory interacts with the six elements,which will bring China's IC industry the scale effect,and make it more competitive.
