The Theoretical Research on Enterprise's Group Social Network and knowledge Creation

Based on the social network theory, the paper mainly discusses the relationship between group social network and knowledge creation. Group social network includes two levels, one is the group members' social relationship within a group-intragroup network, another is in the social structure of a broader organization-intergroup network, so the author builds the multilevel theoretical model about group social network and knowledge creation. The results indicate the configuration of intragroup network including closure, centralization and clique, the bridging relationships that span vertical and horizontal intergroup boundaries and group structural diversity will influence the group's knowledge creation.
