    • Collaborative innovation has become the key to the success of supply chain product development.In the market of customer leading,customer knowledge is the key elements of the supply chain technology innovation and it has the important theoretical and practical value to the collaboration with customer knowledge management and supply chain management.The paper describes the collaborative reason and puts forward the customized supply chain,and builds collaboration mechanism method,and,by using the method of system theory,integrates the thought of customized supply chain into mechanism of the supply chain technical innovation and customer knowledge management,so as to achieve the ultimate goal of improving supply chain performance and customer value.
