Consideration on the Problems in the Litigation System for the Public Interest in the Protection Over Labor Right

This article mainly carries on the analysis on the legal barriers against the present laws and regulations relevant to the right to work, taking advantage of the overseas experience of public interest action to propose that we have to establish the corresponding public interest litigation system to carry on the protection to the right to work, and expecting to arouse the awareness of the right protection.
