Research on Strategic Network Based on Dissipative Structure Theory

Strategic network is a new form of organization,both its mechanisms for forming and evolution process display a notable self-organizing characteristic.This paper thinks that the strategic network is a sort of dissipative structure as a self-organization system without any order from outside.This system has the characteristics of self-emerging,self-adapting and self-duplicating and can evolve from the disorder to the order.We can also use self-organizing theory to explain the formation of 3G network.
