Union's Influence on the Employee's Mobility in Chinese Private Enterprises

Based on the empirical research of the data of NO.6 Nationwide Surveys in Chinese private enterprises,this paper analyzes the trade union's influences on the employee mobility in private enterprises.The research indicates that trade unions have certain influences on the reducing of the flow of employees and the stability of workers,but the influence is limited.In order to exert the functions of trade unions,the awareness of the enterprises and employees need to be enhanced.
