On the Negative Externalities and the Economic Law of the Information Disclosure of the Commercial Banks

It is important to improve the information disclosure system for the commercial banks,so as to improve China's market economy system,strengthen the market discipline on banks,and to improve the financial transparency.The negative externalities of the current information disclosure in China's commercial banks is due to the problems of not comprehensive,not timely,unreliable,and not uniform.Economic law can be helped to use its information transmission function to build effective standard system,a sound regulatory system and improve the time limit rules to resolve the disclosure of negative externalities.Meanwhile,economic law can be used to solve the externalities of relief of the information disclosure through the public economic interest litigation.
