Research on the Problems of the Educational Equity in Rural Areas

Abstract
At present, education equity phenomenon in rural areas of our country is increasingly prominent, which is mainly shown in three aspects: the unfair distribution of the educational resources; the difference of the qualified teachers between the urban and the rural; and also the students' growing environment. The main factors of influencing the educational inequity in rural areas include the factors of the education system the social-economy and the social class difference. To promote the education equity in rural areas, we can take three strategies. Firstly, educational systems need to be perfected and education policies should be inclined to rural areas. Secondly, the rural economy needs to be developed vigorously and better learning conditions for the" rural students need to be created. Thirdly, the compensation system of the vulnerable groups needs to be set up.
