The Idea on the Theoretical Basis and the System Building of Social Law

From the perspective of the politics,the writer of this paper tries to verify the independent legal status and feasibility of social law by seeking for the economic and social infrastructure for its source,existence and development.On the basis of the theoretical level, the writer defines the social law with social responsibilities to achieve a goal of a fair society as a whole by means of the fair responsibility theory and the tilt protection theory. In the aspect of the construction of the specific social system,the subject system extends from the object of social law which includes social laws of tilt protection,social security and social welfare.The writer expounds its unique responsibility system in order to find an effective legal solution to the current issue of the people livelihood that has become increasingly prominent.
