Dilemma and the Optimal Path of the Government Purchase of the Social Think-tank Service

From the perspective of medium view—model dimension, taking the government purchase of the social think-tank service as the research object, this paper analyzes the theoretical connotation and the main dilemma and points out that for the current domestic government decision-making advisory system depends on its inner think-tanks, the social-think tank lacks the capacity to undertake services and the institutional arrangements of government purchase from the social think-tank service, thus the practice of the government purchase failed to get in an orderly manner. So we need to build a partnership between the government and social-think tank to enhance the ability of social think-tank to supply the decision-making advisory services and standardize the optimization path of the government purchase of the social think-tank service process, trying to create a good environment, improving the system design, and to enhance the level of scientific and democratic decision-making of our government.
