Study on the Theoretical Basis of China's Energy In-situ Conversion

Shortage of the theoretical basis on China's energy in-situ conversion has made its legitimacy doubtfull.If we want to put it into effect and further perfect its theoretical system,the research on the theoretical basis of China's energy in-situ conversion is needed urgently.We can come to a conclusion by using a multi-disciplinary research method that the constitutional basis on energy in-situ conversion is the restriction on the state ownership of the energy and the foundation on the energy law of energy in-situ conversion is the priority of energy resources and the base on the environmental law of energy in-situ conversion is the sustainable development and the economic basis on energy in-situ conversion is the game theory and social groundwork on energy in-situ conversion is harmonious society.
