Changing the Sense of Moral Education, Cultivating the Innovative Talents

In the respect of talents cultivation, many problems need to explore deeply in how to make more contribution to changing idea of moral education and cultivating innovative talents. The affection of the past moral education on man' s creative power was represented in two respects: the moral education concept of talent cultivation and the moral education method of talent cultivation. This paper introduces the new type of moral education concept and method which should be established and adopted at present.
