On Comparing the Enlightenment Between China and the West

This article makes a generd comparison between the predominant tendencies of the European Enlightenment movement (of the 18th century) and China's New cultural Movement(1915-1919), in order to disclose their internal relations and the characters of each other , and furthermore, to discuss the reasons of the differences between those two important events to, make the skeleton of the development of enlightenning thought clearer.
