Establishment of the Management Model with Chinese Characteristics--Thinking Based on Management Philosophy

Establishing suitable management model affects the management efficiency and the organizational efficiency. The management model must accord with the national idea. The idea based on national culture and national morality is the foundation of building the characteristic management. On the basis of cultural comparison, this paper puts forward the factors to be considered of establshing the managment model with Chinese characteristics and gives the double-triangle mangement model from the angle of philosophy.
