    • This paper analyses that under global economic integration the small and medium-sized enterprise in China meet with the main difficulties and obstacles in opening up international market and developing operation to go oversea: the lack of employee with international management knowledge; the lack of farsighted thought in management; the insufficient investment in R&D and improvement that makes product structure and technology advancing difficult; the lack of overseas information and related service; the lack of capital and efficient financing channel.
