Motivation,Social Capital and the Female in Pioneering Work

The popularity of female entrepreneurship has been dramatically increased recently. To examine the female entrepreneurship from the perspectives of the pioneering motivation and social capital, some instructive conclusions can be obtained. Under the special circumstances of our culture and economy, as far as the female pioneering work is concerned, the life-pushing requires less social capital than the opportunity-pulling and more social capital means that the female entrepreneur can get key resources, opportunities and supports for their pioneering work.
