Abstract
This article focus on the issues of entrepreneurial firms' recruitment preference, the relationship between recruitment preference and performance,the connection of recruitment preference and person-organization fit,the intermediary effectiveness of person-organization fit between recruitment preference and performance.Paper brings forward theoretical hypothesis which can provide a theoretical basis for future empirical research.
