    On the Importance of Human Capital for Continuous Growth of Chinese Economy

    • This paper points out the intimate relationship between human capital and economic growth, positively analyzes the source of Chinese economic growth and concludes compared with foreign countries that the investment of human capital plays an important role in Chinese continuous economic growth and the transformation of economic growth mode. Finally, based on Chinese human capital circumstance, it presents a series of suggestions for increasing human capital investment.
