    • This article analyses the mechanism,processing and method of mapping-procedure of Management Region(MR)and Information Region(IR)based on studying enterprise modeling and Information System(IS)development modeling through analyzing the relationship between management system and information system by using Region Mapping Theory and Method,and introducing the Information Dual-Platform Matching Theory (IDPMT).The paper also discusses the measuring method of mapping consistency between Management Platform(MP)and Information Platform(IP),and submits the Theory as the polestar of IS choosing.
