    • By means of analyzing the characteristics of the credit risk in the high-tech enterprises and high-tech projects and contrasts the traditional and emerging credit risk analysis and evaluation methods,the paper points out the developing direction of the high-tech credit risk assessment of out country and explains the application of the real option to the process of the high-tech projects credit risk and its process controlling method.It concludes that the high-tech credit risk control under the real option can be applied to the whole process supervision.
