Comparison Between Chinese and Foreign Securities Companies in Core Capability

Core capability is in essence a kind of interior knowledge that can bring an organization steady and long-term advantage in competence. This paper describes the essence and exterior fac tors of a securities company's core capability firstly. Through comparson and analysis, It is learned that there is considerable distance between the securities company in China and the big foreign ones in the cultivation of core capability. Finally the paper gives several suggestions on improving the core capability of Chinese securities company.
