Traditional Paradigm and New Complicated One of Organization Science

Abstract
At present the paradigm of organization science is the hot spot. In this study, the au-thors, along the longitudinal time sequence and from the view of organization philosophy, explore the evolution of the paradigm of organization science and conclude that the first three kinds of organization philosophies belong to the old Newton paradigms, which have many shortcomings, result-ing in the confrontation between the mainstreem and anti-mainstream. In order to go out of the predicament, the organization theory has to learn from the complicated science and forms a new paradigm, which has the different organizational philosophy, methodology and paradigm character-istics from the traditional one.
