Abstract
The follwing three aspects are considered. First, gene has been regarded as the research objective and a history of genetics is the history of further understanding of the substantiality of the gene. Second, based on the highly developed molecular genetics, the genetics of scientific morphology is changed into the biological technology of technological morphology. And third, the development of the biological technology sufficiently shows the dual character of the new technology as a two-bladed sword, and its impact and challenge on the social ethics, which puts forward a new problem of society.
