The Local Government,Peasants and Intermediary Organization in Rural Land Circulation

The system transformation of Rural Land Circulation is a complicated and long-term systematic project and it requiresthe joint force of the local government,the peasant and the intermediary organization to advance and develop.But currently,there has not such a clear boundary line for the role function of the local government,the dominating function of the peasants and the linking function of the intermediary organization that the Rural Land Circulation encounters many obstacles.Based on the analysis of the three functions talked above,this article points out the contrast and the problem.And the conclusion is that only in the way of the accurate role location of the three,better coordinating the relations and making full use of the joint forces,can we enliven the Land Circulation and play an effective role in the service for our people and country.
