On the Protection of Human Dignity of the Constitution

Norms of personal dignity is praised as the core value of modern constitution and assuring personal dignity is an evitable requirement of " normative constitution " as well as an important cornerstone of judging constitutional legitimacy.Normative constitution requires that the constitutional norms involved with personal dignity must be perfect,sufficient and active in adopting the specifications of dignity of human personality in the international treaty;the constitutional legitimacy can be expressed and certified by the way of the subject universality,the standard compound and the manner diversity of the assurance of dignity of human personality.
