    Research on Micro-participation Morden Feature and Its Implications: Taking 5·16 Xiamen Rainstorm for Example

    • This paper makes the empirical analysis on the public information transfer and disaster relief through micro-blog in 5·16 Xiamen Rainstorm,insisting that there are obvious characteristics of periodic and emotional impact in the public micro-participation. It's easy to see a fragmented state and popularization characteristics. The effect of the public micro-participation depends on the real conditions and the importance which the urban managers attached to. The "node-to-surface" information transfer in mirco-participation can cause the hot news to remodel. Through the application of the new media such as Weibo,we can build bridges for the public participation in the administration and the discussion of state affairs,connect organizations and individuals in different places through Internet of things and the integrate public management and public service in fragmentation condition to provide wisdoms to improve the urban management in micro-era.
