Analysis of the Factors Influencing the Academic Occupational Orientation of the Doctoral Recipients

On the basis of literature review and empirical analysis,this paper finds that the gender and family socioeconomic background are the main factors influencing the doctoral recipients' academic occupational orientation.Those who are female and from lower strata backgrounds are much more inclined to choose academic jobs.Suggestions on how to develop and make full use of high-level human resources are raised in the paper.
