On the Co-operation Strategy between Chinese Universities and Foreign Transnational Corporations R&D Institutions

The thesis analyzes the motive and the present form of co-operarion between Chinese universities and foreign transnational corporation research and development (R&D) institutions. It is thought that the rapid development of transnational corporation and the comparative advantage of the scientific talents in Chinese universities are the basis of co-operation. From now on the co-operation should be strengthened through practicing the policies of increasing funds, reduce taxation and broaden personnel exchange.
