    • This paper analyzes the formation and current situation of the strategic alliance, and presents the new definition of the enterprise niche and strategic alliance niche combined on the basis of the niche theory.The selection of enterprise niche is decisive to the stability of alliance.The reasonable competition can be helpful for the evolution to the strategic alliance,and also act as subsidiary to the stability of the alliance.
