Study on the Evolving and the Resolving Mechanism of Social Contradictions in Rapid Transition

The letters and calls are the window of the social contradictions,in the current social conflict-prone,and these issues cannot be avoided.Therefore,it has a great practical significance to study the rapid transformation of social contradictions from the perspective of the letters and calls.The article,based on the 2005—2009 of Taizhou's party and government's basic data of statistics,classification,complaints and other resources,studies the social contradictions through the objective rational scientific approach and use of statistical analysis and other instruments.The main purpose is to attempt to provide reference of maintaining social stability and promoting the building of a harmonious society for the local party committees and governments.
